If you look in the Current Writings, Daily Pokemon Stories, the stories are all in canonical chronological order starting with the Archen story. There are some stories place prior to Archen (at the bottom of the folder) but that's because they aren't canon.

Yeah I've already got the Cosmog story all figured out. It might be best to read the Celesteela and Clefairy ones too since they'll be some references to those in there as well.
