Same here...

I think only one out of ten job interviews lands with a job offer for me. It's really hard.

It's no easy task getting a job let alone an interview these days sadly.

The job market seems to suck no matter where you go.

I know people at all these,places i have applied. That sht doesn't even guarantee anymore.

Back before I had this job I have now I knew the head manager at the GameStop I go to. He knows me by name and what games I like and my knowledge on games and everything. Yet, I never heard back from him. I'm lucky to have found what I have because I've made some good friends and some that have been promoted and moved on. One that even moved on to be a manager for a new store that was opening. Man I miss that guy. He was awesome. Even offered to let me use him as a reference if and whenever I apply anywhere else. Having that kind of reference would be amazing.

It's all about the people you meet, the things you see, and timing it seems.

You know, when I was researching for my final exam, I didn't expect to find my professor talking about the topics my final exam would be covering on the Rubin Report.

I have references of Managers, Assistant Managers, peeps that has been working at places for YEARS.

I still dont freakin know how i didnt get this job at a friggin Publix. I had my interview yesterday....
