"Oh, I wanna change people's avatars and sig banners into Pikachu, but I can't do that without a good reason!" Boom, game created, consent requested, insanity infested. It's funny how sensations like that get started. XD

Maybe have it as a small event or something. An Emolga God (Admin in this case) is just bored. So decides to take requests to fufill or just have fun pulling off pranks xD. The PSG is awesome!
