The guy who played the undertale songs on the bells at my college. Do you remember me mentioning him?

From what I've done in terms of figuring things out, I really don't need something more than 1,000 sq feet of living space. Really don't need two bathrooms either (1.5 would probably be best if I have company over). Generally, I don't want to go over something that's $200K but I could negotiate. Buying a foreclosure might not be a bad idea, but I would definitely check the place out to make sure it doesn't look like something pulled out of Fallout 4.

I'm VERY close to getting enough for a 20% down payment, BUT that doesn't include moving expenses, and that's where the question mark pops in. Exactly how much would I need to factor in for getting furniture, tools (vacuum cleaner, washer/dryer, that fun stuff) and not go laughably broke? I'm not sure. I'm not sure how keeping up with utility bills and the mortgage payments would go either. And... this is where my "moving out anxiety" comes from, because if I suddenly can't keep up with these things, it's going to be a bit of a crisis.

So yeah, this is why I save save save save save save as much as I can.

Oi vey. So last year there was a guy who played the bells at my college and he would play songs like Hopes and Dreams, Finale, Asgore's Theme, Home, and Bonetrousle. And I swore last year that I would figure out who this guy was. Well, I did it. I now have recordings of several of these songs and starting next semester I will most likely be able to start playing songs on the bells myself.

I've started learning PMD songs on the piano.

"Run Away, Fugitives"

and "Sky Tower" Sky Tower is pretty simple, but tough at the same time. I need a new piano to play on though. This one I've been playing on is so old and out of tune.

I think the closest I ever got to playing anything was the Final Fantasy 7 theme. And that's pretty simple.

I'm just not musically inclined, but kudos to you for giving it a try!
