How do you sleep?

What position do you sleep in? I sleep on my sides normally, but seem to wake up on my back a lot.

How do you sleep? Does it vary every time? Can you NOT get to sleep in a particular (reasonable) position?

I toss and turn a lot. I just don't sleep very well... :(

It doesn't help that the train station near us has conductors blasting horns at the wee hours of the morning and the fact dimwits like to honk their car horns in the office parking lot next to our backyard while everyone else is trying to sleep.

That sucks. We have a train line nearby, but it's not close enough to keep me awake. And ugh, I hate stupid inconsiderate people. -_-

I live near the same train line as Xanthe and don't have that issue either. Granted I think I'm further away.

I sleep on my sides. Usually my left though sometimes my right feels more comfortable (for a few minutes, before it goes uncomfortable). I tend to starfish slightly as well.

Either side is fine, but my left hand side is currently preferred as it's the side where I'm facing away from the window.

I also enjoy sleeping on my back, but not the accompanying physical abuse in the night and verbal abuse in the morning I receive. I snore if I sleep on my back, see.

I will turn throughout the night, but I never go to sleepisode or wake up on my front. I can deal with a sort of angled side-sleep where you're half on your front but the arms are still on the same side. Arms on either side, face down? No chance.
