I can only sleep in a very specific position. I tend to lay on my left side more than my right, and I sleep with one arm outstretched underneath the pillow, with my head on top of my arm with the pillow in between, and my other arm kind of hugged into my side. That's the best I can explain it lol.

Depends, but I have to lay on my side or stomach. I only fall asleep on my back if I'm REALLY tired and there's no way for me to sleep any other form.

Apparently sleeping on your right side puts pressure on your liver.

I kind of sleep on my side, but on my stomach at the same time. I'm at like a 45 degree angle, if you know what I mean.

I believe I am primarily a side sleeper as even when I settle into bed on my back, I usually end up on my sides. I turn throughout the night so I'll spend a fraction on both.

I read that you stay in the position you fell asleep in for most of the night. I would imagine that you move during the times you break the rem sleeping.

Perhaps. It could occur in delta. I do tend to be somewhat, but not fully concious of when I reposition.

I go to sleep on my back and normally wake up on my right side.

I sleep VERY restlessly. I also talk in my sleep. When we were on vacation one year, I screamed F--- in the middle of my sleep. My mom told me to stop and I apparently said "Okay" and stopped, unconsciously. :X
