Poor Rachel. Admitting she's not from a guild would cement her and her team as completely unprofessional (the fact that they caused and avalanche is really not helping their case) and probably would make other Pokemon think they don't take Exploring Teams seriously and are just fooling around. But lying could bring them even worse problems down the line.
