I would say to try the box first. Who wants to search it now though? I'm getting a bad feeling if we start catching on too fast with the proper means to fight back that we might be against the odds.

The Box, for certain. The door requires the full heart. Plus...I've just said it-in order to complete the ritual, we need the essences of the six Stalkers. We can't wait-and Mew's powers ought to help keep us from horrific and sudden Stalker death ourselves. I think they may need time between each of their ritual killings in order to make everything 'proper,' but the instant that time is over they strike again-no time to lose.

It's not "us" we need to worry about. It's the townsfolk here the Stalkers are after. They could easily start taking out more than one at a time. Especially if they know we're close to something

My inteview with Gloan didn't go very well. I didn't have any bonuses contrary to what someone else said. I'm not sure how happy he would be with someone else trying again either. He's difficult to get a hold of and didn't even notice me when I introduced myself. I'm trying to figure out what I should do next. Is there anywhere my small size may be of use?

There's six of them. I don't doubt they couldn't just murder six Pokemon at once if they want to. Or even two at once. But no, they're doing it one at a time with space in between. Maybe there's a reason they can't? Even so, maybe we can discern their identities and strike them all down at once, so none of them suspect anything if we kill them one by one...

I think it has something to do with their weirdo ritual; if they slaughter everything it 'does not count' for summoning...Err, Mister Twister. They have to deliberately space out the killings by some unknowable amount of time. Combine this with the difficulty of getting off such secretive, hidden kills that easily-secret powers or not-and just isolating someone for the kill and impending mutilation thereafter, I think they need time to plot out their marks. Given the warning, however, I'm fairly sure there's some caveat based on 'innocents killing innocents,' or somesuch.

As for letting them catch on, I think Mew gave us the power to search places undetected. They may not even realize what we took is gone...Ugh. I don't know-but there's already killers loose, and I don't think sitting around doing nothing or 'waiting for the right time' will work, especially if that box has something in it that could help us.

I'm just theorizing over here.

I think that even if a Pokemon with a good rapport for Gloan interviewed him, it wouldn't do too much. I think for now searching might be more productive.

That being said, my interview with Pashner turned up something interesting. He mentioned Daz as untrustworthy, who has a somewhat decent case for being Shadefetch. He also mentioned Fetcher "and his ungodly family", whose name has come up once before, as well as not trusting Marche. If we can trust Pashner, we should really be keeping our eyes on Daz - though I'm a little worried that Pashner might be Non or maybe Epitaph, given that he seems completely unconcerned with these killings.

I'm going to go and search Daz's greenhouse. Better safe than sorry, and I feel like searching is advancing us by a fair bit.
