When I was a kid and we were staying at a hotel on a family vacation, I dumped a glass of water over the balcony onto some snotty ladies with those really enormous sunglasses lying on reclining pool chairs by the pool. I dashed inside, waited a minute, and then took another peek from the window to see them standing and pointing fingers, probably trying to figure out what balcony it came from. They never figured it out.

I also sent subscriptions and "gifts" to my bullying enemies at school, using their name and address and selecting "Bill me later" as the option on the order card. Things like subscriptions to Playboy, Guns & Ammo, and cheesy knick-knack gifts that they'd have to return and cancel.
