A Looker from the Kanto region, David Skinner possesses a wide variety of skills and training that make him uniquely skilled to handle any situation. When not on assignment, Skinner enjoys training his Pokémon, and is not above doing simple detective work to pay the bills in between missions and battles.

Skinner is noted for being extremely clever and quick-thinking, with an extensive knowledge of unconventional warfare and logistics, as well as the inner workings of criminal organizations ranging from simple Pokémon poachers to Team Flare, to the more clandestine groups such as the NSA and Moussad. His intelligence is most often displayed by his use of unconventional items to complete missions, such as using cake frosting to create fake bricks of C4 or using a can of computer duster to freeze a padlock.

Skinner is also a master of interrogation tactics that do not use physical intimidation. He is a skilled detective and very adept at recognizing the weaknesses in people, making exploiting those weaknesses a crucial lynch pin in his strategies.

In spite of his cool, calculating personality, Skinner is a loving, devoted Trainer who cares deeply about his Pokémon and their growth. His Pokémon respond to his attention and love by giving their all every time.

David's go-to Pokémon is a Buneary he met on assignment in the Sinnoh region. Impressed by the tiny Rabbit Pokémon's moxie and desire to get stronger, David caught the Buneary and named him Lep, which is a play on the scientific order Leporidae, which constitutes real-world rabbits.

Now that the character info is out of the way, onto the real meat and veggies. My name is David, and I've been playing Pokémon religiously since Red and Blue. Obviously, one of my favorites Pokémon is Buneary, because let's face it; its cute, and it kicks a lot of butt.
