I'm just in total disbelief. Okay, it's one thing to try and scam someone with a cheap and cheesy-looking knockoff, but really, these are such a joke. Especially that blue... whatever pray tell that thing is supposed to be. How on earth did that thing get tagged as a Pikachu?

I love reading the descriptions too and the broken English is a riot. I'm going through them and I'm like "you couldn't possibly be talking about this 'costume.'" Kids would hate your guts for bringing something like that to a birthday party.

Alibaba is just one of those sites you need to be REALLY careful with. Some of them are obvious knockoff shams, but others are legit. Heck, I got those seraphim-like angel wings from a seller on there and those are AWESOME with no regrets whatsoever.

Other than "GOOD" Pikacu costume worth purchasing. I've only looked at really one other. Though it'd be pretty common look rather than super anime-esk. Kaitou Kid from Detective Conan

These so-called "Pikachu" are pretty weird. More weird than those realistic Pokemon pictures Arrow was posting earlier.

Oh yeah, I remember that. I'm not sure if that was the result of people mistaking Marill for an alternate form of Pikachu or whatever. The Mew under the pickup truck rumor was hilarious also. It was strange that they put that pickup truck there when you were ordinarily not supposed to have Surf already when the SS Anne was still there, so yeah, of course it led up to all kinds of strange rumors.

And yeah, the whole Missingno thing still goes on today. I don't think that one will ever die.

Yeah Pikablu was originally just a mistake with Marill, but I think it carried on to say like you needed to fill the Pokedex to find it or something (kinda like the Mew thing or battling Prof. Oak rumor).

The Mew one was sound from the theory, but again false. It was even more odd that the truck had text in game. You were never supposed to make it there, yet when you do. It has a description and such for it

Missingno will never die.....unless they took it out from the 3DS eShop versions coming out soon

I heard it could screw up the game and I didn't want to lose the team of level 100s I spent quite a bit of time training, but I could see where people loved having glitchy fun with it and how it ended up even making its way into some horror Pokemon fan fictions.

It would be a shame if the 3DS eShop versions took the glitches out. Those are a vital ingredient to the nostalgia.

Agreed on the glitch front. I THINK I did the Missingno glitch, once. But I definitely used the Mew glitch in my Blue version! Since I had no one to trade with this was the only way I was able to get Mew. xD

Well it DID have it's perks. Getting to make 99x Master Balls or 99x Rare Candy was pretty fun. Yeah I did catch it (which was the only thing that could break the game). It did, but it was like my 4th playthrough anyway.

one thing I do wonder....will we have the item limitation in these games? Back in R/B/Y we could only hold so many items before we had to chuck some things away to make room.
