Usually the work is fine. It's the PEOPLE that will be more of a pain in the butt more often than not. Have a great manager? Sweet deal! But if you have a crappy one, it's going to be rough roads no matter what kind of work you're doing.
More so yeah. Some being harder to deal with than others. Great managers are awesome to have. I can tell you for sure some that make more trouble than there need to be. Don't really hear you out when it's needed either. Expect the impossible....those kinds of things.
