Hey it can be tough working with others in group projects. Especially if they don't always seem very cooperative with you or your thoughts. All depends on who you work with. Now days most people are more mature enough being in college they know to work with each other and help come to decisions everyone on the team would like. It doesn't always work out the right way, but if you feel excluded be sure to tell them! Ask them how you can help more or what else can be done to push it even further! =D

Well steps need to be done to take it. You need to let them know they have to start pulling some weight. It's not a solo project. They have to pitch in. if it's bad enough you can take it to the professors and let them handle it. So that only those that worked get credit.

You usually find yourself having to go to the professor. But yeah, the whole holding someone accountable for their stuff gets to be such a pain in the buttocks.

Especially having to do that in the first place cause it gets them in trouble and they don't like you for it. Well, it's tough luck! They should've shown "initiative!" That's how you get somewhere in life. Not by sitting around and waiting for something to happen or for it to all just come to you.

Beware... this kind of thing happens at work and at the office as well. It definitely doesn't stop even after school.

Oooooh yeah I 100% agree on this. I had a co-worker that was like that. Everyone hated him for it. It's sad to see it happen because I was one of the few people who treated him with respect and treating him more like a friend/friendly co-worker....until he started turning against me for absolutely no reason. Everyone started hating him. I guess something got to him cause one day the head boss told him "go home and I'll call you later." Needless to say that's the day he was "let go."

Thing is, people remember things. Take Noble's roommate thing for example. You never know how someone will continue to react after something is done about the problem. If you're living in a neighborhood. Befriend the neightbors and don't give the HOA or neighbors around you reason to hate or report you. All little things you really have to be cautious of in life.

^^ My mom was HOA president for a while. Can confirm. The things I know about the people in my neighborhood man. My mom remembers a lot of people, but she only remembers the names of the people who pissed her off.

There was one job I had that was just downright awful to the point where I started comparing and relating my coworkers to Alice in Wonderland characters. On my last day when I had nothing left to lose, I should have written it out and sent it to the whole department. That kind of thing would have been epic but I just didn't have the bravery I needed at the time.
