Any work environment is like that. Sadly some people get better treatment in it than others. Some people don't get punished as they should either. It's like certain get catered to while others suffer at the faults of others.

Like before the one guy at my work got let go (the one everyone hated). He treat everyone except the head guy pretty crappy. He was like the guy you'd see at customer service all the time. He stopped letting others behind the counter unless they were in a certain ranking at the store. Whether you were told to get it or not. He'd stop talking to the customer he's with to hold out his arm or leg to stop you from trying to even grab something just inside. Not very respectful. Even if We had things to return. He'd rather make more work by telling us "leave it on the counter." Yeah, I'd rather put it away myself than make more work and cause trouble.

We've always been told to stay off our phones. Yet, even if we're slow he'd be on his phone while no one was up there. Sometimes listening to videos out loud. Sometimes even recording things to send to others on Snapchat or something. Luckily he was let go. I think everyone would've lost their mind by now if it went any further.

Thanks! It took forever to get those animations to sync up. But all in all it was worth it! Didn't spend near as much time on the avatar but it's just a placeholder for when I get the time to make something better.

Most animations I'm sure do. Especially to match up. Back when I used to make AMVs years ago. It was hard to fit certain scenes to the music sometimes, but it was all the more rewarding once it hit the perfect queue.

Not one, not two, but THREE animations in one banner. That's not an easy thing to pull off, but it looks great! The windowed effect on the Mimikyu and Shaymin is nicely done, too!

I so wish PNGs could be animated with transparency. I'd never stop using them.

Yeah that was several hours worth of work but since the animations were at max 30 frames it wasn't too bad. And thanks! I hope to improve and do more complex stuff in the future, it just depends on the time I have available to me.

Hey it works and that's what matters! I just hope one day my curse with computers will leave me. Also I hope to get Photoshop again and learn how to improve myself. Maybe how to get gifs in it as well like yours and how Neo makes his. Would be nice :)

The trick with gifs is patience and low frame amounts so that way they're easier to sync up. Everything in mine was 30 frames except for the Mimikyu one which was 15 exactly so I just had it cycle through twice.
