I love watching martial artists, if we’re talking sports. I have a bunch of YouTube videos that I watch over and over of capoeiristas fighting because it looks elegant but is terrifying if you realize what is going on, and that’s amazing.

This is one of those rare things that I'd rather watch than take part in. Because I've tried it and even though you wear all kinds of special padding, that thing still hurts to get stabbed by.

Yep! I still have a cut on my chest from when I got slashed by one of them, and I have to wear a chest protector. Though I'd argue nothing beats the feeling of actually doing it. I love participating in swordplay.
