MADE SOMETHING NEW! HAPPY BIRTHDAY SF!!! I made this for her for her birthday. Already gave it to her but I wanted to post it in here. Spent 4 hours (A new record) on the flareon alone. Put minimal effort into the background because I had to get it done in like, two days, and my patience was 100% gone.

Suicune's Fire and only Suicune's fire has the right to use this image (Kinda Obviously)

EDIT: I just noticed the suns position and the shading completely disagree.

Great shape, the shading is a little off. It is hard to adjust with the program you use ? Also the eyes are creeping me out! :)

Then yes I can adjust shading to some degree. If it's not, then can you tell me exactly what about the shading is off? And the eyes.... Do you have any idea how long it took me to get them how they are now? They were even worse when I first started, and I had to redraw them like, 5 times before I decided that was the best it would get. But fully agreed. They are still wierd.

EDIT: Achilles you are awesome. Your comment made me mess around with tools that I forgot even existed in the program I use, and those tools made me come up with an idea on how I can smooth my shading by like 100 times. I now present Flareon V2.0!

SOMETHING COMPLETELY NEW!!! By completely new, I mean one hundred and ten percent new and different. Thanks to someone from PXR on skype, I found the most amazing free art program ever. Its called Krita. Has TONS of tools and brushes and features, AND its free. Easy to figure out too, hardest part was figuring out what brush to start with (Because there really are that many).

Anyway, before I say any more, here is the picture:

It is a shiny Espeon, made for the shiny contest. I think that with time and practice, I can get better at this program than I ever could have with Paint.Net (My previous program). For the clouds I tried to emulate what I would do in a traditional painting. I got minimal success with that.

Took me 2 months to get more motivation, but I made something else! I made an onix, once again in Krita. Thing is that the background sucks so bad that I think it actually takes away from the picture.

fjaksldf;jslafj DAT POEM. I LOVE the typography and the lack of a distinct background..it really adds to the anonymity of this so-called "monster," and the typography itself gives the poem a much more cryptic appearance. I also love dem photographs~<3 You should totally try out more typography. It's a really cool form of art that is really underrated; though it can be very effective if you know how to use it!

Typography... If you are reffering to what I think you are, I didn't even know that had a name. I just got some random inspiration one day and decided to go with whatever came to mind. Thanks lol. I just might give that another try. And the pictures? I thought I took those down before you posted

Yeah, it's called typography! :D But hey, the more you know, right? If there's one thing that I remember the best that a teacher of mine from seventh grade told me, it's that you learn something new every day.

And yeah, I was referring to that photo of the horse and that landscape. xD Sorry if I wasn't clear!

That Onix looks slightly derpy but just the right amount of derpy
