Neither. Heart-shaped anything for female pokemon variants is vomit-inducing. -__- It just screams gender stereotypes. Male pikachu get a lightning bolt, and females...a love heart? Seriously??? Same with the heracross horn. So much cringe.

OMG I'M GLAD YOU AGREE. I keep telling Eric it's too cliche, which is probably why I hate it so much. Like the pink stereotyping for females. I keep saying "why couldn't they just add a mark of some kind?". It would have been much better.
