You find what looks like a very colorful, mystic, altar that has a shiny allure to it! It's one of the few things that aren't chocolate! How curious! Ooh! You take a closer look and...

#17 Blimey the Azumarill was turned into a glorious, giant sugar cookie by the Squawkers!

OMG WHERE DID IT HAPPEN!?: 51 Hangry Fans Hotel!

It had been a troubling night for ol' Blimey. Biggs had been called by Hude, who was going frantic over the aqua rabbit's troubling transformation.

"WAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!" Hude wailed. "I recognized him the second I saw it! POOR BLIMEY! I shop at GameFlop all the time because I'm so bad at restraining myself and protecting my disposable income and- ooh, shiny!"

Biggs just turned to Wedge and shrugged as Hude went to suddenly go chase a car down the street. The nutty Lopunny then picked up the giant, nicely detailed sugar cookie that used to be Blimey the Azumarill. Again, it looked like Blimey was totally ecstatic about this transformation as it happened, but Wedge shook his head in doubt as the Machamp made an angry face.

"It HAS to be mind control!" Wedge snarled. "Artificial happiness. All of it!"

"Ohh," Vivi jumped up and down. "Could... could I at least try a little-"

"NO," Wedge snapped at her. "That's like eating someone's corpse!"

"Aww..." Vivi moaned in sadness as the Golisopod's expression become all melancholy. "Such... tasty... corpse. It could have been mine! WAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!"

Biggs looked around, but didn't see much for evidence besides... yet another cookie left behind by the assailant. It was a simple and ordinary chocolate chip cookie, just sitting there right besides his bunny foot. It looked so innocent, but then again, so nefarious considering the situation.

"Cookie Monger!" Biggs exclaimed in horror. "I knew it! That villainous, evil, cookie-obsessed knave! When will their disastrous and maniacal plot to cookie-tize the world come to an end!? "

"Would you stop it and get with the program!?" Wedge shouted. "Man up and help me fight these maniacs! And that goes for you too, Vivi!"

Wedge then looked for Vivi, suddenly noticing she disappeared. Biggs too, couldn't find the missing Golisopod at first either. But then when they turned around, there she was, running after the same car that Hude the Spoink was bouncing toward.

"SHINY!" Vivi and Hude chimed in together as they merrily chased the speeding automobile.

Happy Apocalyptic Candy Event 1: Squawkers Wipe Out Too Many Civilians:
The Squawkers are turning everyone into silly objects and dessert food items! This can't be allowed to continue because it'll be a bad day otherwise!

Bless gently lifted a shard from the gooey mess that used to be Nicklefool in her teeth. She had made his last moments so EXCRUCIATING that he had condensed his power into a tiny gem, to come back from death eventually. Normally he would have just melted away, but hey, Bless liked this crazy buffoon for some reason, so she had done him some hurt so she could have someone to play as in the next round release him back into this accursed tourist trap when this all was over. This town needed a proper demon possessing it.
When she got back to base, gem under her tongue and key ring in her mouth, she noted the Ninetales in the room. She nodded, glad to have someone else who understood that this was the worst time they had had since being frozen in a statue. Well, or something comparable.
She looked over at the map after dropping the pink crystal in the pink carpet of her pink room and spending about an hour trying to find it, ripping out everything that annoyed her as well. Her room was now a survivor of a class 6 hurricane, rather than a pretty pretty ballerina. That's where the casino was, then. With the keys STILL in her mouth (she almost started to like the metallic tang of the metal, Bless noticed), she went off to get that weedwacker from (18a) The Glam Glam Casino Parking Lot (CANDY). At least, she hoped the landscaping truck was there, and not crashed into the main building...
