So I'm 20 years old, college student (art education), and I'm one of those NOSTALGIA FIRST GEN babies. I used to be really into spriting, and still am, but considering there won't be any more sprites to work with... heheheh. I used to frequent PE2K in uh, sporadic bursts.

I am frothing at the mouth waiting for X and Y. FROTHING. :F

I'm definitely looking forward to the character customisation the most-! Too often we're stuck by the bi-gender paradigm in design (particularly game design) to appeal to the masses, so the trainer designs never exactly... stuck with me. I'll be really interested in what Nintendo will allow for clothing toward both genders.

... Also I'm just... the art is so beautiful I can't stand it it's so beautiful. :F Thirdly, I'm excited to see how the new type and new movesets will affect competitive play.

Yessir, I'm majoring in art education, which is, well, the traditional route to becoming an art teacher. Over at our department, we don't like to call ourselves 'teachers', so much as 'artist educators'- it's a Bachelor of Fine Arts, so yes, it does involve being an artist yourself as well. It's kind of one of those 'in order to teach well, it's best to actually be what you're teaching' things. I'm very much into art and enjoy it completely, both 2d and 3d media. c:

I bet your stuff is awesome!! you should add some of it to our art section! I have work up there and its a little nerve racking at first but eventually you get use to it and the feedback is nice.
