Yeah this was particularly hard though because most of the usual counting functions don’t work since they’re not numbers. The values were names. But thankfully I managed to find a table that did exactly what I wanted so it’s all good.

It’s been ages since I’ve used Excel. I do need to go back into it (just like Photoshop) and learn more.

Yeah, it's super useful, especially when you get into actual coding in it (VBA). I use it a lot in work.

Oh yeah I believe it. We barely scratched the surface of it in the statistics classes I used it in.

The cool thing about all that is too how it’s always improving. New ways to help things process faster are always around the corner.

Yeah I think maybe switched to like a google form might be better in the future for sure though if we wanna be a bit more organized.

It's possible, but then you don't get discussions about it.

I mean we could set up a discussion thread.

That's true, but you also couldn't see other people's votes.

There's not really a need to see other people's votes other than to get ideas of who to vote for, which the discussion thread could easily supplement for. Besides, what we could do is have like the thread itself where people can put down ideas for their responses before doing a larger official response in the form itself.

Another idea is having people input their votes onto a google spreadsheet as well.
