Current Emotional Status: So packed down by society that they gave up on waiting and became a female sub-personality that has started sassing me on the fact that I'm not the best on personal upkeep. Or maybe I'm just clinical, but hey, I haven't killed anyone yet, so...

In the meantime, it's an interesting loop. Society says men aren't supposed to have feelings > A man gets fed up and shows feelings > Society makes a big deal out of it > Other, less social men go "I don't want that attention, I'll just not care thank you" > At the same time, by going "ERMAGAWD MEN WITH FEELS" isn't accepting it, it's showing it off as a rare event, which means even though you think you're helping, you're only contributing to how > Society says men aren't supposed to have feelings.

Only way to break that loop is by acting like its a regular thing, and then all the "ERMAGAWD"ers see you like you don't care. You can't win!

Yeah it’s really not. Not just that, but they can be misjudged and called sexist or more without and proof and justification and suddenly everyone is against him. Not all guys are strong or mentally stable either. Emotion can show just how much you actually care.
