In terms of crossovers, I'd love to see Pokemon and Fallout. It does have me wondering if there are Pokemon mods for Fallout 4.

Serious talk though, a PMD movie would be awesome. Still can't believe they didn't do more for the anime. Those one off specials weren't enough. Even if they did make a second for Explorers using Sky as the next. Was still too short. We need more!

I think the only problem with a PMD movie is that PMD generally needs time to build up its storyline. The twists and turns are developed very slowly, which might be better in a TV series format similar to Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.

Yup, that's why the series would've worked so well. The specials were just like for fans that knew the PMD games they played.

Yeah, adapting a PMD for a movie wouldn't work. I mean, they did the 6 chapter manga of the first game, and it cut out some major stuff. (No Rayquaza for starters!) And that was the lightest on plot of the series.
So they'd have to make up a new PMD style plot specifically for a movie, like FF: Spirits Within.

Just think how differently japanese history would play out if there had been pokemon! And imagine what kinds of pokemon Yukimura Sanada or Mitsuhide Akechi or even Nobunaga Oda would have had... Oh, wait a minute. :P

Yeah the Genji's Adventure was so short. It wasn't the endgame plot the game was. Was they originally thought was causing it actually was. Not the whole calamity event every one of us knows. It was Groudon. Maybe it was intentional to keep the game's ending secret and help bring people to play it?
