Good to hear. My head still has a lot of pressure built up. So I'm still on medicine and lots of water and vitamin C.

Yeah, that's another thing. Being really dehydrated nails me with a headache as well. But it sucks that a lot of amusement parks will pop you with at least a $3 bill just for a bottle of water.

Yeah if I get dehydrated I'm definitely gonna pop a migraine or headache, but I think my current ones are more hormonal related.

Well yeah I guess that's the thing too. Hormones can do that. Depending on if you're sick or what medicines you take can seriously effect it too. This humidity isn't making is any easier either. I think mine are mostly stress related. Really knocks me out after work most days.

Yeah for women especially our hormonal changes can make us more prone to migraines. I've been prone to them since I went through puberty but they've gotten worse because I started taking birth control because of the added hormones.

I'd always heard that. Like even women are more susceptible to the cold because of the reproductive systems. The female body is more prone to protect those and keep it running effectively than keep you warm. So it's why most people say for guys "if a woman says she's cold, she probably really is." Not that's I'd ignore it anyway cause normally I'd believe them anyway. I'm pretty resistant to cold weather as it is.

Ye I'm always freezing so that should be evidence enough. XD
