Really, saying no to them does make you feel a bit of a jerk, especially if other people around you are buying them, also. I've had that happen at the office where a coworker's kid was using his parents to get people to buy chocolate bars at work. I bought some the first time, but when that happened again and again, I started saying no thanks.

I still have cookies in my freezer from when I sold them. The shortbreads last forever if you freeze them. Which is a good thing because I hear the boxes are like $4 or $5 now? Like back in my day it was $3.50.

I've actually never bought Girl Scout Cookies. I've had them from other people who have, but I've never bought 'em myself.

Honestly they're not the greatest cookies in the world but they are what fund the troops being able to go on the camping and rafting trips and such. When my troop disbanded we had like $1000 worth of cookie money left so we used it to donate books to Title 1 schools across the state.

They're essentially rebranded Keebler cookies:

And yeah, I think they're overhyped as well. There's better stuff out there.

Yeah pretty much. It's less of a seasonal thing and just like a brand type of thing. So it's not as special really

I remember when Peeps were purely an Easter seasonal thing. Now they pretty much have stuff for every holiday. Because really, anytime's a good time for sugary marshmallow stuff. XD

Onlybseasonal stuff I don't see year round is pumpkin spice, certain turkey stuff, and eggnog.....and variations of peppermint. Some other seasonal stuff I can find easily online or in special stores. Which is odd xD

Sam Adams Oktoberfest. While others are snorting pumpkin spice like it's cocaine, I'm sipping on that glorious stuff. >:D

Plus football, Halloween, apples, bugs disappearing... AUTUMN ROCKS!
