Lord I'm so sore. I've walked like six miles today just hiking all over for class. DX

Yeah, my brother does marathons with his wife and that would just be torture for me. Especially in some of the more wicked heat spells we've been getting.

Yeah after having two lung collapses I can't do long hikes like that anymore. I'd have to have some serious workouts to get back into shape first.

Yeah like normally y’all know I’m all about the heat but I’ve been dying the past few days and I don’t know WHY because it’s not even that hot or humid compared to earlier in July. Maybe it’s all the walking.

Maybe it's similar to getting sick? Maybe it's a sign telling you to take it easy for awhile so you don't get sick or to get some stress out. Cause normally I can take the cold super easy. Though, if I'm stressed, extremely tired, or sick. I can get cold really easy. It has been seriously hot here lately though...

I can take the cold better than I can take the heat. Although lately, while we have gotten some really super-hot days, I've been able to pull through them without getting too slogged and sluggish like I used to in the past.

I think it's been so unbelievably hot that the AC in my car is going bad. It doesn't feel as cold and yes it has been checked and the mechanic says everything looks fine.

I've said it once and I could say it a million more times. I hate the heat. I'm told constantly by those that moved south from the north that I would hate it and it and the snow would get old and frustrating and tiresome, but I don't caaaarrrrre. I'd love to move north and enjoy all those amenities. The cold and snow alike. But a place to stay, a job, and the one big thing....northern traffic. It's all a whole different story. DC was almost as bad as Atlanta traffic. If it weren't for the way they had traffic. It could've been much worse. From my internet friend that met me there. "It only gets worse traffic wise the further north you go." He's from Philly too (though in the Navy still so he's all over right now).

Yeah maybe I'm getting sick or something but I swear I've not sweat this much when I wasn't actively exercising. It's disgusting I hate it. It's hindering my ability to sleep at night too.

Give it some time, but also take the time to rest. Relax a bit and don't over exert yourself with classes. Maybe it'll be something that passes soon or maybe it is just getting THAT hot lately. They did release a statement saying that this past July was the hottest July in record now. Even Alaska broke its record for heat.
