Yeah, I do it because everything else around me does it. Though I honestly think a conversion to Celsius would be pretty smooth if it had to happen. Even switching to metric would be pretty easy.

Yeah back for my senior project. I got with the town's local and most well-renowned weather man. George Myers. We had a discussion about the metric system way back and the benefits it would have and just how hard it would be to switch to it here. I don't remember the real specifics cause well....it's been 10+ years now. He agreed it would be challenging for us or other countries to change. Much like the daylight savings time changes. To suddenly change something pretty modernly used. It would take a lot more than we think.

Yeah daylight savings would be a bit easier but there's certain industries that rely really heavily on it that could really hurt them.

It's weird, but I kind of feel not all that much has changed since 2010. I definitely feel like there was WAY more change from 2000 to 2010.

Yeah the change from 2000 to 2010 was waaaaay more advanced. The 10-20 isn't too much. Technology advanced and some medical advances, but that's about it. Not too much.

Yeah we did have some astounding advancements in the way of AR and VR though.

Yeah, that's true. I haven't used VR all that much, but I was pretty impressed with it.

I'm just waiting until it gets better and cheaper. $600 for a VR headset is quite a lot...

As it starts to improve. The older models will surely go down in price. Some of the sets are starting to improve to more full body versions or simpler controllers. I'm sure it'll slowly roll out even better in time.
