Studies show small dogs tend to be meaner than big dogs because they are not as well trained since people thing they can't cause as much harm if they are small.

That makes sense. Honestly, I've met very few small dogs that weren't mean.

Yeah I mean I can't say really since most small dogs I've encountered were rescues so the behavior makes some sense. But I've also got relatives that own dachshunds and anyone who owns one of those knows they're mean little suckers.

Ahhh finally after a week of doing nothing but reading I'm getting a short break before having to do even more reading XD

Yeah, I feel like school discourages any passion for reading. By the time you finish reading what you're supposed to be studying, you're tired of it and don't have any desire to read a novel or something that you might have otherwise enjoyed.

Well the schools have been changing up a LOT over the years. You know now they don't even teach kids cursive writing? How are they gonna learn to sign for things? They expecting fingerprints? Facial imaging? Cause signing for things is a primary way to confirm things in our society today. Next, they won't even have textbooks and it'll all be something you download on your tablet you bring to school. No more "oh I left my book at home." BAM they tell you pull out your tablet or phone and open up the app.

Yeah I just forced myself to knock out a few short readings for next week but my eyes are really starting to hurt from reading so much today. Combining what I read Monday, Tuesday, and today, that was over 120 pages worth of reading.

Yeah, I don't understand why they would stop with cursive writing. Like you said, it's still needed for signatures. And really, it's not that hard to learn.

Yeah it's something seriously necessary for life as things are now. Unless teachers know something we don't. Kids need to know it. It's something still credible that can be taught in classes. It's something that can be done in stages and doesn't take too much time as long as they keep up with it.
