Wish me luck tonight. I'm hoping my crazy pixie fairy costume wins the $250 top prize in a Halloween costume contest that a popular Irish pub restaurant is having. Usually prizes like that bring out pretty fierce competition, but I think this might have a good shot at it. It has won the contest at Renaissance Faire before, so that's a good sign. :3
Hey good luck man! There can be some seriously fierce competition out there. Especially those going for makeup and dress ware effects. My sister is down doing makeup and acting in one of those haunts in town. She’s worked and learned from the lead makeup artist for The Walking Dead too.
I’m sure your costume will impress them, no doubt!

Thanks! Didn't win tonight, lost to a dude who did this whole dead guy rising out of a grave setup. It was pretty impressive and a lot of detail went into it. I don't feel sore at all he won instead of me and I totally get why they gave it to him, though a lot of people there liked my costume and it was still a really fun night. I think they gave the people who did more homemade work the edge, which is understandable. Most of my stuff was gathered via a lot of thorough online shopping.
Hope you had a fun Halloween night, dude!
Happy Dia de los Muertos and All Saints Day! Time for part 2 of my favorite tiime of year!
It's getting close to Christmas. Always enjoy that time of the year most along with Thanksgiving.

Yeah, though when it comes to ads and marketing, Thanksgiving doesn't exist. Prepare for the Christmas promotional bombardment! :P
It seems Undertale is getting a spin-off?

That's interesting to hear, but I'm honestly more excited for Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Undertale may have a neat cast of characters, but I just like Ori more. Ori is cool, cute, courageous, has all kinds of neat abilities, and the artwork and soundtrack are just flawless. I think the only minor thing I would change about the Ori games is I kind of wish they were RPGs rather than platformers, but that's just my personal preference thing.
