If I tried it, I'd probably still be having injured players as active without even realizing it and missing out on every opportunity to pick up better players.

Some of these guys are NUTS with how much money they put into it. Everyone puts in like $200 and the winner gets some insane amount of money. I'm like yeah, you wouldn't catch me doing that insanity.
