The female body is more prone to protect those and keep it running effectively than keep you warm. So it's why most people say for guys "if a woman says she's cold, she probably really is." Not that's I'd ignore it anyway cause normally I'd believe them anyway. I'm pretty resistant to cold weather as it is.
