I only played League of Legends for a very short while. I could feel the learning curve while playing it and I didn't feel at all cozy about it. Hearing so many bad things about the community just confirmed that it's a game I might be better off staying away from.

Yeah... I also found out there were cases of gender discrimination and sexual harassment at Riot Games, which is lovely...

I played League for like six months. Loved the gameplay, but the community made me a much angrier person. I still miss playing the game, though. It felt really good once you got into it.

Oh, without a doubt it was a very fun game. I just hated having to deal with the trashy community.

Oof yeah, I know that feeling. The big thing is that League is such a time investment (like, 45 minutes per game) and losing a game makes you feel like you just wasted nearly an hour. Plus everyone is blaming everyone and xXRandydarknessXx is saying racist stuff and it just ends up being no fun. Better to play with friends, I think.
