I used to use a lot of crazy ketchup, but I also used to have most of my burgers with a bun and patty and nothing else. These days, I stick with everything that comes with the burger, though I will swap out American cheese for Swiss or Provolone. Pepperjack is good too if they have it, but it also depends on what else comes with the burger.
