It's weird. Streaming programs or capture programs in general like to capture "windows." So full screen doesn't work 100% of the time. Honestly, not even 50%. So windowed mode or borderless windowed mode (like full screen, except for the smallest faint line that is like lies than a single pixel in size. Undetectable.....I'm speaking g like you don't know, but I know you know about. ^^;

Also might be with how your computer used to be compared to how it is now. Might definitely be able to run it near flawlessly now.
