Just a heads up everyone. For each pokemon you receive you are expected to fill out the proper forms. Please make sure you post to include a basic pokemon claim form. Then I'll need you to fill out the proper form above and post it. The pokebank is an important tool. If you neglect this you will not officially be able to use the pokemon you unlocked or captured in a battle. If you have a question please feel free to ask.
