Marina had been trying to process everything that happened as she accompanied half the group to Jubilife. The city seemed rather nice, and had the events of the day not transpired the way they did, she would have wanted to explore. It almost felt like Goldenrod, with all of its large buildings. The girl stuck close with the group as they went shopping, thankful that she wasn't on any of the broadcasts. That would have been a whole other stress on her. During their time out on the town, she gathered a few essential medical supplies from the pokemart...Nothing that would be looked at strangely. Just some burn cream and bandages. Once they were safer, she could try to find something a bit more substantial.

When they finally made their way back to the pokemon center, Marina hurriedly healed her pokemon. She wanted to check over them physically, but would wait until she was in her room to do that. No use drawing more attention to themselves by getting far too fussy over pokemon she had just healed at a center. Thankfully, things seemed to work here about the same way they did in Jhoto. Maybe the PCs would work too...

Quietly, she made her way over when it wasn't in use, booting it up. Well, at least it worked in a way she was familiar with. An empty box greeted her. Or that's what she thought at first. What was that? Squinting at the small, pixilated image of a pokemon, she selected it and quickly placed a pokeball to received the bright light that bounce from one of the PC's ports. When the pokeball returned to its original size, she felt its weight for a moment before looking around. She wanted to meet whatever this was, but not here in public. Hurrying back upstairs to one of the rooms they had rented, Marina sat down in the corner and quickly checked on all of her old pokemon. They seemed fine. Somewhat shaken from the experience, but otherwise they were in good shape. Marina gave them each a few loving scratches before releasing the pokemon she had found in the PC. The small, silver quadruped appeared in front of her in a flash of light, and she blinked a few times. Wait a minute...She had seen these pokemon before.

"Oh, you're an eevee!" She said, a smile appearing on her face for the first time since their encounter on Route 203. She reached out, gently scratching the small pokemon under the chin, comforted by the feel of its soft fur "Well, welcome to the team...I'll try to keep you safe. Now what to name you..."

She played quietly with the small pokemon, taking care not to disturb the rest of the party that had also retired for the night, trying to get an idea of the Eevee's personality.

"I think...I'll call you Luna."
