Marina had been awake for a good chunk of the evening, not really wanting sleep to claim her. She sat quietly in the corner of the room, her fingers idly stroking Luna's soft fur as she tried to convince herself that sleep was necessary. Her hand didn't burn anymore, so that was a plus. She figured that once the ointment work off, it'd get extremely itchy but...She figured this was better than nothing.

Glancing around the darkened room, Marina took note of who was asleep and who wasn't. Her eyes rested on Amy for a little bit, but she figured the other girl didn't really want to be disturbed. They had all been through a lot.

Laying down, the girl snuggled her new eevee close to her chest, smiling softly as the little pokemon purred and curled up into a tight ball. Perhaps tomorrow things would be better...
