Okay, question: How would Ultra Necrozma work? Would it be Necrozma > Dusk Mane Necrozma > Ultra Necrozma, or just Dusk Mane > Ultra Necrozma.
Or would Ultra Necrozma be a stand alone. (Though it's kinda like Mega evolution, so I'd assume not)

We talked about it real quick (and had to look it up cause neither of us really knew much about it xD). 3 of those would fit well to this. So you can go:

Necrozma > Dusk Mane Necrozma > Ultra Necrozma

or

Necrozma > Dawn Wings Necrozma > Ultra Necrozma

This way it still fits to the game's format. So whichever of the two lines you'd like to go with.
