The great Sinnoh Dex debate

So @Rival Max and I have discussed a lot and have come to an agreement, which will allow for players to enjoy the game more, whilst being able to fairly complete the Pokedex, in a way that is a bit doable and cheaper, and have come up with the following:
-Sinnoh Regional Dex Pokemon will be excluded from Half Birthday Rewards, and in game events that are based on RNG like the tournament just past.
-Sinnoh Regional Dex Pokemon will be included in Birthday rewards, and contests such as short story contests, drawing contests and the GCEA Short Story Challenge.
-Sinnoh Regional Dex Pokemon encountered in GCEA Platinum will have the opportunity to be battled before being caught, resulting in a half price capture.


To apologize for causing the slowdown of GCEA Platinum, we will be having a contest in good fun (don't worry, we are thick skinned...). A meme making competition about the last few days. Hit us with your best memes and you will get ten points, more than enough to make up for points lost due to activity slowdown.
