Seeing Garit dredged up a lot of old emotions that Kyo had moved past. It appeared as though Giratina still has plans for their world.

Kanto lost 9 young trainers at the beginning of their jourines in a bizarre and horrific event. In response we the people fought back and destroyed the dangerous weedles. Since then we had experienced a relatively peaceful time until that is that the mt moon cave in happened, after that we had the attacks on vermilion, the s.s Anne and now we have the pokemon tower. So why pick today of all days to make a statement ? We have gotten evidence that we believe confirms a theory. 3 years ago we built a memorial with 9 names on it. Yesterday this footage came out from the attack and we were able to identify 5 of the suspects. All of which we linked back to childern who died. My office is in disbelief to say the least. We believe a new gem has been found and it has granted the power of transformation. Some place in kanto 5 trainers are walking around with the faces of dead trainers. This is the most distasteful and evil thing weve seen since our formwr beloved championship Max who to this day lays in a coma after being buried alive in Mt. Moon." Garit paused
