Your stats are maxed, so you don't need them to heal. If the concern is the possibility of being targeted by an Abyss Hunter, you could switch your battle stance to Flee. So far that's been effective for those that don't want to deal with the Hunters, but you do get loot and other goodies if you defeat them.

Hey! I saw your most recent post is simply the action of resting! .... why? You're at maximum health, and we really need your help to get things done this round!
Please consider editing your post, either to;
- learn rescue/escape and come rescue one of our friends before they die
- learn forge and make the pure cloth needed for the sin purge ritual
- take the item [painkiller injection] to rescue whoever is in the pulsating sac in 22)mercenary guild
- explore any of the unexplored areas to help us find the clues to another phylactery

Sure.... in that case, when you learn forge you also get to use it, so to make it easy for you (and so you dont have to have three tabs open and read the rules, our team inventory, and the item index) please do these things;

CHANGE COMPONENTS TO MATERIALS:
- [M: Clear Gem Dust] x2 -> [M: Clear Gem]
- [M: Green Gem Dust] x2 -> [M: Green Gem]
- [M: Blue Gem Dust] x2 -> [M: Blue Gem]
- [M: Iron Ore] x6 -> [M: Iron Ingot] x3
- [M: Titanium Ore] x4 -> [M: Titanium Ingot] x2

FORGE ITEMS:
Use
2x [padded strip] and 2x [Green Gem] to make
[E: Green Gemstone Headband] x2

Oh! And shadowbolt! You cannot make the pure cloth either. You ALSO do not have the seinaru skill. It would be wonderful if you learned rescue/escape and came to help with one of the rescues tonight though!
