I might draw up the puzzle and take a crack at it!
It's a 25x25 grid, and none of the totals on either side ever end up more than 25. This leads me to believe they are probably coordinates, which will spell out letters on symbols on the grid. The only thing is... how do we put them together?

I checked the Picross -- solved as much of it as I could, then stumped, I went to a machine to try to solve the whole thing... it didn't get any farther than I did.

Basically, the rows (horizontal) with the 11 and the 16 have some definite, confirmed spots. Beyond that, the grid (25 x 25) is too large and the numbers too small (lots of 1-5s, but even an 8 doesn't reach a third of the way across -- it's not enough to prove anything).

Suggestion: Buzzswole should grab the Escort/Protect skill ASAP. Being the one (currently) most likely to win a fight, I'd love to see Buzzswole protecting potential hits during the Night. (Good Protects currently include Yasha and Eclipse, skill teachers.)
Also, it'd be great if the Escort could later take, say, Sebbit, to the Gamma Room to investigate. I think there's no rush for that, however...
Hey, did anybody else notice that we've got a Gamma puzzle and an Epsilon puzzle?

Suggestion: Someone else should grab Clairvoyance ASAP. If it can be used to find the next clue to the Epsilon Picross, then we can eliminate a target early. @Suicune's Fire can the Clairvoyance skill be used in that way?

Suggestion: One Medicine-skilled Pokemon should go to each of the wounded NPCs ASAP (so as to keep them off the kill-counter). Then, a Seinaru-skilled 'mon should heal the Medic's inevitable Purity damage. Maybe Seinaru Pokemon should start healing Purity Damage in the Night phase! [Edit] I think I misunderstood how Seinaru can be used! Those of you with Purity problems... good luck!

    Does that seem reasonable?

@Suicune's Fire Does the Diplomacy skill always give the best possible outcome when interacting with a Pokemon? I was a little confused, but they way I read it, using Diplomacy on an NPC:
    - only gives you a slightly positive result
    - ensures everybody else gets a neutral result at best.
That seems like it's not worth it (like it could potentially lock information!) but I might have misunderstood!

    How to use:
Simply stat something along the lines of, "I would like to use Seinaru on {Decaying Plants: <Seinaru>}."
I don't think Seinaru can be used to heal damage to Purity... but perhaps in the future it can be used to remove the thing causing damage to Purity.

Do note that in the post Emerald found it in, it said it might need another piece to be completed.

If the thing you need to obtain is an item, then Clairvoyance will work. As of now, you don't know whether or not you're after an item.

Medicine is used to heal purity. Make sure you guys are reading up on the rules! ^^; I know there's tonnes there but the perks are hopefully specific enough.

So, this is the description of Diplomacy in the rules/gameplay:

    Spoiler:
The Diplomacy perk is like a social override. It grants you the ability to persuade an NPC to cooperate and hand over items they're holding onto. It also puts them into the Compliant State, which means all future Interviews with them will be Positive to you, and Neutral to all players regardless of what kind of Rapport score they would have gotten otherwise. In addition, Diplomacy allows the players to learn if that NPC has any perks.

When buying items, Emissaries with Diplomacy have a 25% chance to get a low-value item for free.

    - Gives the user a positive rapport, MINIMUM. You always want a positive rapport. Information is withheld the worse the rapport with the interviewed pokemon is. The higher the rapport, the more information you get, in every circumstance.
    - Gives everyone else a neutral, at the worst. Again, better than having a negative rapport.
    - NPCs will have a tendency to hang onto items if they don't trust you enough to hand them over. Without Diplomacy, the game is impossible to complete, because certain items are imperative to completing tasks, quests, and finding the Stalkers.
    - AND it gives you a chance to get a free item when shopping.
    - It can also be used in conjunction with every interview, which is very powerful.

So it's definitely worth it. :P I mean, you didn't pick it, so as long as you're happy with your choice. But to be fair, the information was available when you all made your choices.

So, to double check, The Diplo-User gets a Positive a minimum, but could get an even better Rapport. Correct?
And it gives everyone else a Neutral Rapport at minimum, but the could still get better than Neutral?

It sounded like it set everybody (except the user) to Neutral Rapport, no matter what. Like maybe we should use it judiciously in case it blocked out (for instance) a Pikachu questioning a Raichu -- an ultra success! -- but not of it's locked into Neutral Rapport after Diplomacy!

But it isn't locked into Neutral, right? It's Neutral at minimum? I want to make sure I have it straight before I start scheming in the wrong direction.

Hey, quick question to everyone else: those injured NPCs you've discovered, what are they dying from? Just like, Purity damage? Or are they being killed by a Stalker? ((Because it seems like currently their suffering doesn't match any Stalker we've heard about yet!)

Correct, yes. Perhaps I should reword that in the description, haha.
Ohhh gotcha. Sorry about that. Derp on my part. Yeah, I'll fix it up. :D
No no, neutral at minimum. Nah that would suck if it overrode it to neutral. XD

    I've changed it to this:
The Diplomacy perk is like a social override. It grants you the ability to persuade an NPC to cooperate and hand over items they're holding onto. It also puts them into the Compliant State, which means all future Interviews with them will be Positive to you at a minimum (potentially Very Positive if you have the right match-up), and Neutral to all players minimum, even if the regular Rapport with others would normally be lower. If the score is Positive or Very Positive, interviews will retain this score. In addition, Diplomacy can be used in conjunction with an interview at any time.
Should clear up any confusion, haha. Again, sorry about that!

As for the NPC question, it's intentionally vague that you don't know. :3c But it's assumed that by using <Medicine>, they will recover. Only one way to find out!

No worries! Sometimes it takes someone else to point something out for me to see how horribly it's worded. xD

THEN BRING IN THE BIG GUNS!!!

Okay, so it turns out my interviewee has been receiving creepy letters like this one. Has anyone ever seen anything like it?

I'd like to call dibs on interviewing Silcress the Zweilous. We share a type and an evolutionary stage.
