Also, I'm making a note here- apparently there is no thief skill, so in order to get that Silcress the Zweilous to take off his amulet of madness we either need to knock him out or try a diplomacy force. Since he is a night time only kinda pokemon, and approx the same size as Lillian, I'm willing to try a diplomacy check (and if that fails, she'll probably survive the battle).

Is he wearing an amulet? I can't find anything about this.

Im also curious- if we are fairly sure that Orin is a stalker, do we want to assassinate him? Do we want to put people with him every night on a protect duty so he cant sneak off and do a murder?

I don't think we we want to assassinate him yet! He's either a Stalker, or our best source of information (or, honestly, both).

I would expect someone who knows or is interested in removing brains would be on our suspect list too, if only we could figure out who has been behind all those weird anatomy book borrowings in the library...

Maybe we should also ask specifically if townsfolk notice any particularly lethargic behaviour, and question pokemon who haven't shown up to work or socialise in a while-- was there somebody like that mentioned in the grookey interview?

And also in the interview with Eclipse, the houndour therapist! He mentioned Vex, specifically. And Timpani also might be worth looking into based on this lead.

The town doctor or medicine expert would likely have to know a good deal about anatomy-- we could ask who that is, or ask them if anyone's been asking them about anatomy or if anyone helps them out.

I believe that's Kaskin, the croagunk at the Black Dart Apothecary. But I doubt Kaskin is the mysterious surgeon we seek.

However, I'm staring to come around on this idea. Based on the Confessional Note 1 (in the post above), my go-to suspects here are Yasha, Eclipse, and Kaskin, and Kaskin is the only one of them we haven't interviewed yet.

Do you think you could take a look at Finichi's body and "brain?" I can do instead, if you think it's too risky. I'd really like to get this undersea area searched, but we don't have any pressing leads there yet, so maybe I can shelf it for now. [edit] Thanks Suicine!
