does that mean no chance for revives / reincarnations now ?

Nah, if you die from that, you can still be reincarnated. You become one of your six back up Pokemon if that happens.

It would take care of the Electric Type barrier, but you still would need someone with Security to do the other part before the gate becomes accessible.

Does leaving the emissary hq count for triggering a stalker battle, or, is it every action that involves going out?
For example, if we already go out, then use an adrenalin orb to do a second action while out, can we be targeted again?

It would be just one possible chance of a random encounter per cycle.

Next mechanics question (though mostly I just want to get it confirmed)
Do the hostile battles with stalker cohorts work the same way mechanically as hostile battles thus far?
Like,
- speed stats can determine who is first unless ambushed,
- physical damage is taken (not sanity or purity),
- regular or typical pokemon strengths/weaknesses,
- only 1 piece of equipment equipped allowed

Or, yanno, is it meant to be a spooky secret and horrible surprise when they bring 3 knives to a battle, go first even though they're a slowbro, and stab us right in the sanity membrane :P
