Obligatory "I'm new" topic

A new user making an "I'm new" topic? What are the odds of that happening?

But seriously, I'm new, as you can probably tell by now. I'm AwescizFE, though you can give me whatever absurd nickname you want to, and I'm just a random guy from England who likes doing insane challenges; my most recent one being a no level run on Pokemon Emerald, and I'm currently trying to get over my new-found hatred of Wattson and Flannery :c As with quite a few recent members, I am from Pokestadium/Pokepavilion, and am here as a result of the potential forum merge.

Obviously, I'm a Pokemon fan, though unfortunately my interest in Pokemon has declined and as I've gotten older, I've had less time to play Pokemon. I also have an interest in competitive battling. Some people consider me to be good at it, even though I don't. X and Y have kinda rekindled my interest in the series, but I still didn't really enjoy them as much as I used to enjoy previous Pokemon games, mostly due to the lack of difficulty, which is why I now enjoy challenge runs, such as my aforementioned Pokemon Emerald no level run.

My main interests other than Pokemon include Fire Emblem (which is my favourite series of games) Final Fantasy (though mostly the first six games) Advance Wars, Professor Layton, even though I haven't brought whatever the most recent games in the series are, and some other games that I've probably forgotten and might add them later.

Well, that's probably enough about me. I'll probably be quite active, more so after the forum merge, though I can't really guarantee that I will, due to stuff like school :c

Hello, AwescizFE! :D Welcome to Pokemon Crossroads! Personally, when I did my own runs on Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire, may they be Nuzlocke related or not, I tended to hate Norman and everyone after him. :P *shakes fist at Slaking*

*secret secret* I haven't finished X and Y yet. Though I've been trying to experiment with the game and playing it as a new comer to Pokemon. I'll agree with you that life and school has taken away from my ability to play Pokemon and my cousin now has swiped my 2DS for a week... X__X
