Its not easy by any means! To find my first Shiny in the friend safari I play for 6 or 7 days straight all day long...I even have my ds on at work..lol

To get my shiny Virizion, I SR'ed my White game all day, every day, for six months. While at work, the entire time I was hanging out with friends, during meals. Over and over and over. I don't wanna hear no complaining about 6 days! :D

hahahaha I dont want hear to complaining I played every game since red and blue and only really caught three shinies in thousands of hours of playing ! Heck I beat , gold, silver, plat, diamond, black and white 1 and black and white 2 without finding one !

I'm actually in the same boat, only you've found more in X and Y than I have and I've caught 4 since red and blue (because of my ridiculous Virizion SR'ing). I once spent about the same amount of time (6 months) trying to breed for a shiny Bulbasaur with no success. That was disappointing.

I have a shiny bulbasaur on plat! Once the bank opens Ill import it! If you are not against cloning I can clone it on white 2 and get you a copy!

That's nice of ya, Dredd, but don't worry about it. I'm prefer not to have clones and it was specifically for a Grass team I was running at the time.

okay! well it didnt hurt to ask. I can respect wanting to have the one and only. Really X and Y is great because there is no hacks like that ! I love it about the game.
