I think my favorite VA discovery recently has been finding out that the pro bending announcer from Legend of Korra is the same guy who voiced Perry the Platypus (as well as many other animal sidekicks).

One I discovered today is that:
Dr. Drakken (Kim Possible), Bender Rodriguez (Futurama), several aliens including Rath (Ben 10, all series original and reboot), Jake the Dog (Adventure Time), and several more all share a voice actor (John DiMaggio).

Wait which professor? That's kinda funny seeing the voice of Noctis there xD.

Like Awa said, he voices Professor Cerise, an original character for the new series. And essentially Ash's boss. :P

Yeah, I recently discovered that one of the voice actresses in Borderlands 2, Cherami Leigh who played Gaige the Mechromancer, did a lot of voice work for anime, including Cells at Work (Red Blood Cell), Fairy Tail (Lucy Heartfilia ), SAO (Asuna Yuuki) and Soul Eater (Patty Thompson)

Coincidentally, Cherami is also in the new pokemon, voicing Chloe, the new female lead.

Also, a slight correction to my previous post; Billy Kametz voices the Rotom phone, the pokedex part has a different voice actor.

Pretty interesting. I have actually watched an episode or two now. Just because I've wanted to. xD I just haven't watched it all just yet.

I've watched through all that's up on Netflix currently and greatly enjoy it. Kinda makes me wanna go back and watch the entirety of the SuMo arc since I only saw bits and pieces of it.

Since Netflix doesn't have it in the UK, I've had to wait until now to see the new episodes. And then it's only 1 a day, so I'm only at episode 7 so far...
Still, just from those episodes Goh is one of my favourite main characters in the anime as a whole. He just works so well with Ash, balancing out the two's personallities so Ash doesn't come off as inexperienced after 20+ years of the show but is still not perfect at everything. Plus finally someone who actually cares about catching pokemon instead of just battles/contests!

Netflix is purchasing a loooooot of rights to create things and air new shows as well lately. Some good and some bad.

Yeah, sometimes Netflix's own shows aren't so good. Like all their live action remakes. On the other hand, shows like The Dragon Prince & Voltron: Legendary Defender are awesome. So they need to make more "kids" cartoons.
