Hello and welcome! I am also a newer member :)

I used to be very active and worked out 7 days a week! I decided that was unhealthy though and cut back to 4 or 5 times a week eventually and incorporated a lot of yoga into my exercising. I enjoy yoga because it tones the body and allows you to be a lot more flexible as well. I haven't been working out as much recently due to having financial issues but I hope to get back into it as soon as possible since I am back at work now. Along with yoga I enjoy doing various forms of workouts such as barre classes, using your own body to tone, running and rowing. I do circuits once in a while and use equipment but I usually try and stay away from bulking up and aim towards toning.
