Luneth Tarot
Spoiler:
Name: Luneth Tarot
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Role: Operative
Appearance:
Physical: Luneth now stands at 5’3 high, with pale skin and white hair down to her waist, which is often tied back in a long ponytail. She has pale violet eyes, and wears thin rimmed oval glasses, which she now favours over the contact lenses she previously wore.

Attire: Over the last few years Luneth has cut down on the amount of different outfits, due to having less disposable income to spend on clothing. Now her go-to outfit is a short sleeved red and black dress, with a yellow scarf and arm sleeves, alongside black trousers and red shoes, and if it seems like it’ll be cold, a dark grey jacket.
She also still has the fluffy white remote control tail, wearing it near constantly.

Costume (Optional): This year Luneth made a Diancie themed outfit from the an online pattern. It consists of a headdress made of (cheap plastic) pink crystal, a short white dress with a longer dark grey skirt going down to her ankles, and a gold (painted plastic) necklace.

Personality: Luneth tends to have a short attention span, often leaving things the moment she’s figured it out, sometimes even forgetting to implement said solution.

She’s very inquisitive, and hates not knowing things. As such, if there’s a mystery she’ll leap headlong into it without thinking about the repercussions until it’s too late.

The theft of Violet’s pokemon shortly after the Wishmaker incident has made Luneth a bit paranoid, booby-trapping her pokeballs and other items with dizziness curses to avoid theft, and trying to hide her magic from the general public. In contrast to her previously relaxed personality, Luneth is now more on edge a lot of the time, and tends to jump to conclusions a lot more.

She still believes that she is an Alolan Vulpix stuck in human form, and as such acts like one at random times, even when not in that shape.

History:
After the Wishmaker incident, Luneth returned to gym circuits, traveling through Galar, where she failed the 8th gym once again, then Kalos and Sinnoh’s leagues, this time managing to collect all the badges for each, though she was unable to defeat either elite 4.

The gyms were really an excuse to travel, after finding the Initiator tome in Galar she scoured the regions for more Shadowcraft tomes, in search of one specific spell.
The cost of her journey was high, forcing her to become more frugal than before.

After two years of searching, she finally found what she was looking for in a small bookstore in Celestic Town: the tome containing the pokemon transformation curse used by the diamond sisters on the Wishmaker.
Temporarily pausing her league challenge, Luneth dedicated herself to learning both the curse and the removal spell, which was contained in an earlier purchased tome.
After mastering the transformation spell, Luneth’s obsession with obtaining Shadowcraft tomes diminished. She returned to finish her gym challenges, now stockpiling the ingredients for those two spells.

After return from Sinnoh, Luneth took a short hiatus from competitive battling, making her income from selling cosplay outfits for a time.
When not making outfits, she would spend weeks at a time as an Alolan Vulpix in the Glimwood, only her parents knowing where she was.

During one such “vacation,” Luneth received Agatha’s message, though she didn’t understand it, believing it to be simply be a dream until Glimmer explained what it meant.
As Shadowcraft was already seen in a bad light, and this gathering seemed unlikely to be for noble reasons, Luneth decided to inform the League of it. By the time she got the message to them, they were already informed of the situation, but due to her ability with the dark magic, Luneth was offered a place on the mission, which she readily accepted.

Pokémon Team:
Silvally (Circuit)
-Shy and quiet most of the time, Circuit enjoys battle, and grows restless in he spends too long without a fight.
Circuit wears a lightweight Type Null style mask, and freezes up if seen without it. He also keeps his Electric Memory permanently installed, essentially being an electric type.

Aegislash (Alondite)
-Stoic and emotionless.

Volcarona (Hestia)

-Protective, sometimes overly so.

Scolipede (Roseli)
-Sneaky and mischievous.

Ditto (Flan)
-Flashy and showoffish.

Shaymin (Glimmer)
-see other sign up

Other: Due to having been in the shape of a pokemon in the past, Luneth can understand pokemon speak.
She has some knowledge of Shadowcraft, mainly focused on transformation spells, but also a few general minor curse removal spells, and her go to dizziness curse.

Glimmer
Spoiler:
Name: Glimmer “Tarot”
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Role: Operative
Appearance:
Physical: As a human she’s 5’8, with brown eyes frequently covered by bright lime green contact lenses, and long black hair cut short around her face, though she uses a Shadowcraft curse to turn it the same lime green as her eyes.

As a shaymin she looks like most others, with the only distinguishing difference being her brighter more lime green colour. She spends most of the time in her sky form.

Attire: She is most often seen wearing a white sundress with a pastel green flower pattern, along with dark brown gladiator sandals. She is also never seen without her short pink scarf pinned with a gracidea flower, regardless of which form she is in.

Costume (Optional): For the festival, Glimmer designed her own outfit, pestering Luneth into making it for her. She is wearing a Salamence themed outfit. A blue and grey dress, with red crescent wings and a blue & red tail attached, alongside blue claw-tipped boots, and a long headband with three fin/spikes on each side. She also “dyed” her hair dark blue/grey with magic to add to the look.

Personality: Glimmer is very friendly, and will never hesitate to help anyone in need, though she prefers to wait until she has all the facts before making a move where possible.

Despite her friendly demeanor, she is very secretive, hiding much about herself or her history from all but those closest to her. She can also be rather mischievous, though never going to far with it.

She has little to no regard for her own safety, especially when it comes to Shadowcraft, where she’ll often test spells and variants on herself.

Like her trainer she has a fondness for puzzles and games, recently having taken a particular liking the chess, though she will admit that she is not very good at it, only being able to plan a few moves ahead at a time.

She is very active in the sunshine, but dislikes cloudy or rainy days, in which she lacks any energy, seeming almost zombie like. She also only stays up past sunset if absolutely necessary, preferring to rise and set with the sun.

She dislikes walking, and has little stamina, tiring out quickly.

History: Born the Glimwood, Glimmer was still a child when she met Luneth, quickly becoming such friends that she followed the five year old home, becoming part of the family, and once both were old enough, Luneth’s first official pokemon.

Glimmer competed alongside Luneth in various pokemon leagues, though battling wasn’t her main love, always being interested in Psychic types’ powers and other magic.

Following the Wishmaker incident, Glimmer learned Shadowcraft alongside Luneth, taking it in much faster and quickly outpacing her trainer.

A while after Luneth gained the tome containing the pokemon transformation curse, Glimmer tried experimenting in secret using other components to try and adjust the spell, eventually stumbling onto a combination that worked, allowing her to substitute human DNA for pokemon, and make the curse change to make the target take on the form of that human, though as far as she knew it only worked on pokemon.

Shortly after, she bought a real hair wig from a prop department, using it as fuel for the edited transformation curse, to keep a consistent look.

Alongside Luneth, she received the dream message from Agatha. Unlike her trainer, she understood what it meant, and while tempted to accept and learn more about Shadowcraft, it felt dangerous enough that she agreed with Luneth’s idea to report it to the league.
In doing so, she also offered her assistance in resolving the situation, partly to help protect everyone, and partly to find out what the coven’s motivations are, and who’s really in the right.
(And though she won’t admit it, partly just to have an excuse to attend the Spiritwater festivities.)

Pokémon Team: None/is a pokemon herself.

Other: Has a greater knowledge of Shadowcraft than Luneth, having memorized all the basic spells and hexes, and has started on some of the more complex specialized spells, though has little practical application, not willing to test them on anyone but herself.
