I personally can't really tell a difference. So my mind always jumps to the worst if they just look creepy in general. xD

I definitely get a bit jumpy around spiders but I also learned that when you're a girl, 90% of the folks you're going to be living with are ALSO afraid of every insect that comes in the house. So I have become the assigned bug catcher haha. I just get them with a cup while screaming or making noises.

Only bugs I won't do are wasps.

A while ago I had two spiders living behind the sink. I was really sad when they died. And speaking of black widows, me and my brother used to catch those and keep them as pets. xD I am also the designated bug catcher. Especially with scorpions.

Yeah, my sister used to catch bumblebees and pet them without any fear of them whatsoever.

And dang, black widows as pets? You're brave, I just have white fluffy bunnies as my pets. xD

I love bees! I still rescue them from my grandparents' pool when I'm there.

Yep! Also mantises (though those aren't dangerous to humans). I do have dog and cats though. XD

My dad caught a black widow once when I was a kid. I still remember I used to love picking it up and just looking at it. Probably couldn't now. xD

Yeah, I wouldn't even want to touch one. I've seen the pictures of what a bite from those can do. Geez, I imagine that's what becoming a zombie looks like. XP

The funny thing is that black widows are usually pretty docile and can be handled. Obviously you shouldn't unless you have to (just in case and all that) because they do have potent venom.

All I remember about it is it lived in that closed glass jar for so long xD. Somehow...it stayed alive that long.
