The Last Poster Wins [v32]

I played HEAPS of really great Flash games, but the ones that stand out the most are the Exmortis series, which was a nifty horror-themed flash game, and The Last Stand, which actually has a great roguelike game on Steam now loosely based on the old Flash game versions.

The first Exmortis was a relatively simple point and click game that you could beat in probably less than an hour, but the visuals were amazing for a Flash game and it scared my socks off the first time I went through it. And it gets much deeper with Exmortis 2 and pretty crazy with Exmortis 3. And The Last Stand had great replay value and was one of those games you could enjoy playing again and again.

The only Flash game I remember is the Impossible Quiz, tbh

I forget the names of them. There was this trilogy I played. I think the first was called Trapped? Next was Pursuit and the finale (which took years after), was Escape or something. Was pretty cool in the end, but 2nd and 3rd were challenging.

I'm not sure if the Crimson Room and Viridian Room were Flash games, but those were pretty good. Managed to get through Crimson Room but its tougher sequel, Viridian Room, was something I got stuck on and didn't want to cheese through with a walkthrough.

It's crazy cause some Flash games included a walkthrough. Just because some of them were really that tough.

There was this Scooby Doo escape room-esque puzzle game wherr its Hints were straight up the answer key to that room lmao

I haven't ever done any escape rooms yet myself.

Me too, though I don't wanna do those horror-themed ones lol

I've done one, they're not so bad. Or at least the one I went to.

I'd say the horror walks are probably more of a concern, but even those I wasn't immersed at all, more like laughing at the absurdity of them.

Immersion is definitely important on horror stuff, otherwise it's easy to mock every single moment
